Due to the fact that this is a blind buying of items and trinkets, we do not take refunds. 

accommodations and exceptions. 

Having said that, due to the fact that this is a 50/50% chance that you may be disappointed about what book you receive, there are exceptions to the no refund policy. 

If you receive a book you are disappointed with you can contact us and we will give you a discount 10% discount on your next purchase with us. 

If you receive a book, you have already read or finished, we will give you a partial refund if you send it back to us and you can keep the trinkets and request a new genre half off.
